The books keep themselves.
Other cleaning apps send invoices and then hand you over to Xero or QuickBooks. Spick HQ keeps the accounts too, so the clean, the invoice, the payment and the VAT are all the same record.

MatchInvoices from cleans
Finished cleans become numbered invoice lines automatically. The seller, customer and VAT details are fixed on each invoice once it's issued.
VAT done properly
Registered or not, VAT inside the price or added on top. Credit notes for refunds, never deleted invoices.
Who owes you
Customer statements, a private link per invoice, and aged debtors so you can see who to chase first.
Expenses and bills
Suppliers, bills and spending by category: products, fuel, wages and the rest.
Bank reconciliation
Upload your bank statement and match each line. Matching a payment marks the invoice paid, and you can undo it.
Reports
Profit and loss, VAT return figures, aged debtors and cash flow, all from the same ledger your invoices write to.
Give them a login, not a shoebox.
Accountants get their own free login that sees the books and reports, without the bookings and cleaner screens. Everything exports if they still want it in their own software.
Not every clean needs an invoice
Set each customer to Yes, No or Not sure yet, and change it per booking. "No" jobs are kept as work done but never turn into income on the books. "Not sure" jobs wait in a To decide list after the clean.
