The job says it all
Address, key or door code, check-in time, linen sets and the host's notes are on the cleaner's phone. No "what's the code?" texts.
Photo proof for hosts
Before and after photos land on the job, and the host can get them in a "your clean is done" email from your company.
Damage, straight to the office
Cleaners report a broken glass or a dripping tap with photos. Only the office sees it, and decides what the host is told.
Owners and agents
A letting agent can book for many owners. The right person gets the confirmation, and each owner can be invoiced on their own.
Your calendar, imported
Bring bookings in from a spreadsheet or a Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar, with a preview and undo.
Invoices and VAT

Is Spick HQ only for Airbnb cleaning?
No. The same app runs homes and offices too, which helps when you fill quiet weekdays with regular domestic cleans.
Do my cleaners need to install anything?
No. They open a link on any phone and sign in with their email or mobile number and a 4-digit PIN.
Who built it?
People who run short-let cleaning in Edinburgh every week. Spick HQ grew out of the housekeeping software we use for our own apartments and hotels.
