Book while they're on the phone
Pick the customer or add a new one, choose the date, cleaner and price, and a confirmation goes out in your company's name.
Cleaners know where to go
Each cleaner sees only their own cleans, in order, with the address, key safe or alarm code and what the customer asked for.

Booked hours show as "up to 3 hours", and the done email waits for the booked finish, so nobody asks for money off when you finish early.
