Can I bill some customers once a month?
Yes, set them to monthly and use Bill monthly customers.
On the customer, set paying to Monthly instead of Each clean. Their done cleans then wait until you press Bill monthly customers on the Invoices tab, which makes one invoice per customer with all the visits as lines.
