Someone else books for my customer. Can they get the emails?
Add them under People who book.
On the customer's page, use People who book and Add a person for agents, tenants or assistants who book on the customer's behalf.
When booking, choose who it was booked by under Booked by (the customer, one of these people, or Someone new…). The booking confirmation goes to that person.
